I am officially a cell phone photographer with my instagram app. Real photographer Rachel Hanel isn't a fan of my title but she put up with my goofiness (like always) at the photo shoot on Saturday for www.verypashmina.com as I style a million scarves! Okay just a few but it usually is a million. I plan on picking up a few for Mother's Day. Sunday, I kept snapping away as my little one enjoyed some Easter fun. I've been wanting a watch to wear with my gold jewelry for a while. Then while browsing through my new  Lucky Magazine, I saw an ad for bcbgeneration featuring this watch and I fell in love. Seriously for only $60, I would be crazy to walk away. Next stop, the store.

What to Wear Where: The Coffee Date

So one of my darling readers is getting back into the dating game and has asked for advice on what to wear. In all honesty, it was her original comment that keeps me doing these "What to Wear Where" posts, so thank you to you, I have so much fun putting together style inspirations! Now, back to the date... it is a coffee date so in all honesty, it is really about conversation, what you wear doesn't matter because he is interested in what you have to say! That so far is a good sign. Yes, the girl who hasn't been on a first date in 9 years is giving advice, (don't) sue me, first dates are not my forte but style is! Be comfortable and keep it simple yet fun. Nothing screams high maintenance like a woman in heels at a coffee house, I've seen them. Play with small splashes of color and go light with the make up, up the amp on your lashes and shine that pucker, conversation means focus on the lips. Oh and easy on the espresso. I'm a chatterbox as is, can you imagine me with 3 cups of espresso?! Don't. You'll have a heart attack.

My goal for April? Working on not really adding anything "new" to my wardrobe that is not either  on super sale (as in 70% off), consigned or thrifted. I've been busy playing mix and match with my existing pieces but if you like the look, I found some similar pieces and added the links.

So the manicure of the month is a bit delayed. Life is happening as we speak and I'm working hard on a new project and my nails are not even painted. I'll try to share by end of day if not tomorrow. Yes, I will share the project once it is ready.

Mi esmalte de este mes esta tarde. Estoy trabajando en un nuevo proyecto y mis unas ni están pintadas. Vamos a ver si estoy lista ya para esta tarde o si no pues el color del mes va tener que esperar hasta mañana. 

Planning to Hatch Soon

So yesterday we had the discussion about "when" we should at least start trying for baby number 2. Yup, it's baby planning time. Analiese is now 2 1/2 so this time next year would work for us. I'm excited. I remember that even though I was on bed rest most of my pregnancy, I loved being pregnant, especially with my new found love of accessories and flowy dresses. I plan on stocking up on a few pieces from Hatch, my newest obsession because if you couldn't tell from the pictures, you can wear it as is or as a maternity piece. The days of having to put away my "pregnant" clothes once the baby comes is long gone.

Ayer hablos sobre cuando vamos a tener otro bebe. Analiese ya tiene 2 1/2 anos so ya para este tiempo en el ano que entra seria perfecto. Y pienso comprar desde ahora unas piezas de la linea Hatch. Lo mejor de esta linea es que lo puedo usar ahora o cuando ya este embarazada.
